We take the safety of our customers and crew very seriously and have procedures in place to enhance our cleaning protocols and to ensure we can operate in accordance with social distancing and safety guidelines.

FLEXIBILITY

You can make changes to your boat trip booking within 48 hours before your boat trip, free of charge. For even more flexibility, you can transfer your booking to another person if you wish.

PAYMENT REFUND

GUARANTEE

For ALL new and existing bookings (and re-bookings) made in 2021 we'll refund 100% of your booking payment, on cancellations up to 48h before the trip.

Covid-19 Safety Procedures

Your health is our highest priority, and we have implemented special measures to keep all passengers safe during and after their activity.

STRICT CLEANING - we increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and areas of high traffic between each tour and hand sanitizer will be available to all our customers.

SOCIAL DISTANCING - Guests will be at a safe distance during all points of the tour. We also guarantee that all employees will be wearing the required PPE.

WELLNESS CHECKS - Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom free. If you or someone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your tour.
