Responsible Tourism Policy

Aware of the importance of maintaining sustainable tourism, and assuming the principles adopted specifically in the World Charter of Sustainable Tourism, Sun Boat undertakes to carry out a sustainable management of its activities, through the adoption of commitments oriented to prevent, or reduce the impact of our facilities and activities, both internal and external, as well as optimizing the sustainability of your operation, improving your behavior towards the environment.

For this purpose, Sun Boat adopted the following sustainability policy, whereby it undertakes to comply with the requirements set out in the Biosphere Sustainable Lifestyle reference, which includes, among other things, legal requirements that regulate the effects generated by tourist activity. ​

 

Thus, we are committed to motivating and training our employees with training actions and raising awareness of the principles of sustainability, promoting good practices, both external and environmental, and participating in both internal and external activities, as well as environmental actions and to participate in both internal and external activities company.

 

We are also committed to fighting sexual exploitation,  or any other form of exploitation and  commercial harassment,  in particular children,  adolescents, women and minorities. We also include a commitment to adopt accessibility measures for people with disabilities (sensory, physical, intellectual and psychological). ​

 

One of our main objectives is to improve sustainable management, making commitments to continuous improvement in all areas of sustainability: social, economic and environmental, as well as customer satisfaction. For this, the current and future projects managed by Sun Boat will be subject to the criteria of sustainability and efficiency in the use of resources. ​ This Sustainability Policy will be updated whenever circumstances so require, adopting and publishing new sustainability objectives in both cases. ​
